Don't hardcore resource paths into the executable on Windows

Description

On Windows, there's no good way to determine where the schemas/images/etc. are located - at least for binary distributions.

As it is now, it's hardcoded into the executable. This is fine for *nix, but not so good for Windows. I propose we show a dialog asking the user where peekabot was installed to remedy this. This would only have to take place once (if ~/.peekabot/xxx) isn't available, and probably only on Windows.
